Figurative sculpture and abstract organic form have been constants in my repertoire for 35 years. A study tour of UK and Italy in 1992, coinciding with exhibiting work in the Royal Academy of Arts Summer Exhibition London, marked a shift from 20 years of sculpting wood to creating bronze sculpture. This change bought with it the creative freedom to also produce larger public works including the life size sculpture of three time Melbourne Cup winner Makybe Diva. Life size sculptures such as Jason Gillespie and Darren Lehmann at the Adelaide Oval and portrait busts installed in Adelaide Gardens. Exhibiting nationally since 1985 is balanced with creating private, corporate and publicly commissioned sculptures- with works in collections in UK, Japan, Canada, USA, Germany, Sweden, Singapore and Australia.
